Hi, I'm
Sean.

I'm a Certified Flight Instructor based at Corvallis Municipal Airport (KCVO), flying throughout Oregon's Willamette Valley. My goal is simple: help you become a safe, confident, and capable pilot.

I focus on practical, scenario-based training that meets you where you are — whether you're learning the fundamentals, building confidence, or sharpening advanced skills.

Whether you're taking your very first discovery flight or working toward your commercial, I'll tailor every lesson to how you learn best. As a CFII, I can also help you build instrument proficiency and prepare for instrument-focused training.

Discovery Flight

Never flown before? A discovery flight is the perfect introduction — you'll take the controls, see the Valley from above, and get a feel for what it means to fly.

Private Pilot

The foundation of your flying career. We'll build solid stick-and-rudder skills, airspace knowledge, weather awareness, and cross-country flying to get you to your checkride.

Commercial Pilot

Ready to fly for hire? We'll refine your precision maneuvers, build the required hours, and prepare you for the commercial checkride — opening the door to a professional flying career.

Instrument Training

Working on instrument currency or starting your instrument rating? We’ll build scan discipline, procedures, and scenario-based IFR decision making to make you safer in the system.

Oregon State Flying Club & Corvallis Aero Service

I instruct through both the Oregon State Flying Club and Corvallis Aero Service, giving students access to strong local aviation resources and well-maintained aircraft for training. If you own or have access to your own aircraft, I'm happy to instruct in it as well — bring your airplane and let's fly.
